Cancellation policy

This policy applies to The Atelier, the Leo Martelli membership. It is the only subscription we sell.

• The membership costs £79 a year. It renews automatically every year on the date you joined, and £79 is charged to the card you joined with, until you cancel.
• We email you 30 days before each renewal, and again 3 days before it.
• You can cancel at any time in your account on leomartelli.com, under Subscriptions, or by email to hello@leomartelli.com. The membership then does not renew and nothing more is charged. Your benefits continue until the end of the year you have paid for.
• You can change your mind within 14 days of joining, and within 14 days of each renewal. We then refund the £79 for that year in full within 14 days. Outside those 14 days, the rest of a year you have paid for is not refunded.
• If a renewal payment fails, we try again up to 3 times, 7 days apart. If the last attempt fails, the membership ends.
