The catalogue is 15 works in 5 series. Each one is a single scene, built to be read from across a room: one subject, one source of light, no caption.
What holds them together is temperature more than subject — low light, deep blacks, one point of gold or neon. Nothing on the wall explains itself, and what a work means is the owner's business.
The series
- L'INIZIO — Where it starts. Paper planes, covered cars, the dream before the proof.
- IMPERO — The lonely hours. Empty gyms at 5am, gold in dark vaults, cities seen from above.
- NOTTE — After midnight. Silk, shadow, and everything unsaid.
- LA DOLCE VITA — The pause, taken on purpose. A tailored suit, a turquoise pool, no shortcuts.
- TIPOGRAFIA — The words. Short lines in white neon, set inside the work.
Every work belongs to one of them. New work is announced to the list first.
The edition
Each work exists in 250 framed copies. Not 250 per size or per frame colour: 250 in total, across every size and colour. When the last one is sold the edition is closed, and it is not extended. There is no second run.
Numbers are issued as orders are paid, from No. 001 to No. 250. A card with your number is packed in the box; where the facility that makes the work cannot print a card, the number is in your shipping email.
A damaged copy is replaced under the same number; the number of a cancelled or returned work is released and may go to a later buyer, so the total never exceeds 250.
What arrives
Gallery-grade matte print (200 gsm) in a wood frame with plexiglass. Arrives ready to hang.
- 3 sizes: 40×50 for a corridor. 50×70 for a room. 70×100 for a point.
- 4 frame colours — black, white, natural wood and dark wood — at one price per size.
- Free UK delivery, 5–7 working days.
- You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery, and return carriage is at your cost.
- If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and it is reprinted at no cost. Nothing needs to be sent back. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The studio
Leo Martelli designs the catalogue. Every work is an edition of 250, never extended. Made in the UK.
Orders for other countries are printed and framed at our production partner's facility nearest to you, so most arrive without customs charges. The studio is registered in England as Leo Martelli Ltd, company no. 17451135.
