What arrives?
Gallery-grade matte print (200 gsm) in a wood frame with plexiglass. Arrives ready to hang. Made in the UK.
How many are made?
Edition of 250. Never extended.
Do you reprint sold-out editions?
No. The edition is limited to 250 and is never extended. A damaged copy is replaced under the same number; the number of a cancelled or returned work is released and may go to a later buyer, so the total never exceeds 250.
Is Leo real?
Leo Martelli designs the catalogue. The studio is registered in England as Leo Martelli Ltd.
How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery, 5–7 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, to most countries. The delivery charge is shown at checkout. Orders for other countries are printed and framed at our production partner's facility nearest to you, so most arrive without customs charges. Delivery times by region are in the shipping policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and it is reprinted at no cost. Nothing needs to be sent back. This does not affect your statutory rights. Asking for photos within 7 days helps us claim from our carrier; it does not shorten the time in which you can exercise your legal rights.
Can I return it?
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive it. To cancel, email hello@leomartelli.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, or use the cancellation form linked below. You can also cancel before your order goes into production, within 24 hours of ordering. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
