How each work is made

Designed in the studio. Each work starts as an image and a sentence, and goes through many versions before it joins the catalogue. Most never do.

Printed. The final file is printed on gallery-grade matte paper (200 gsm). Matte keeps reflections down, so the image reads in daylight and lamp light alike.

Framed. The print is framed in wood, behind plexiglass, in one of four colours. It leaves ready to hang.

Numbered. When an order is placed, it takes the next number in that work's edition of 250. Where the production facility can print it, a card with your edition number is packed with the work; your number is recorded against your order in any case.

Made close to the wall. Orders for UK addresses are printed and framed in the UK, with free UK delivery in 5–7 working days. Orders for other countries are printed and framed at our production partner's facility nearest to you, so most arrive without customs charges. A shorter journey means less time in transit.

Checked on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and it is reprinted at no cost. Nothing needs to be sent back. This does not affect your statutory rights.
